ASAP
A phased methodology developed for traditional SAP ECC projects. It progresses through five phases: Project Preparation, Business Blueprint, Realization, Final Preparation, and Go-Live & Support. With detailed planning and a waterfall structure, it ensures strong control in large-scale projects.
SAP Activate
An agile and modular approach tailored for S/4HANA projects. It includes ready-to-run processes, best practices, and guided configuration. With a fit-to-standard approach, it enables rapid deployment and flexible adaptation. Suitable for both cloud and on-premise environments.
